Innove's plastic Injection molding workshop was founded in 1999, initially to serve the internal demand for new CD/DVD case injection molds & regular mold maintenace. With its rapid development, however, the molding sector began to handle plastic mould design & making orders from neighboring factories afterwards, mainly in the industry of plastic media packaging. Since 2001, we have been stably designing, making and exporting plastic molds of CD/DVD cases to overseas markets.

Innove attaches great importance to CAD/CAM technology's research in plastic injection molding production. We use the most updated softwares in the mold design and mould making process. Also, we employed a talented mold engineers team with profound experience in the molding field to support your mold demand from design, prototyping, mold injection testing, assembling and mould packaging.

Molding Production Equipments
The molding workshop has been equipped with CNC (from 850mm to 2000mm),EDM (from 320mm to 1300mm), wire cutting, mold-design numerical controlled lathe, milling machine, large-size drilling machine, all kinds of water grinding machine for mold design and making. We also have imported Deep Hole Drills, three superior thimble holes & cooling water and Injection machines (from 70 ton to 2500 ton) for testing molds in injection process.

MOLD QUALITY
Except for the professional technical guarantee from our senior mold engineers and the top-notch molding facilities, we also strictly control the available material used in the mold production. We generally use quality mold steel imported from Sweden and Germany so far, and injection molding hot runner system from the well known brands like DME, HASCO and YUDO.

MOLD'S EXPORT PACKING
The finished mold/tooling kit will be packed in wooden cases or metal cases for sea-worthy shipping, unless otherwise required.
